2. Service Quotes & Bookings

All quotes provided—whether through our “Free Quote” form, email, or phone—are estimates and subject to change based on availability, event details, and customizations.

A date is not reserved until a signed agreement and deposit are received.

Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in your individual service agreement.

3. Payments & Cancellations

Payment terms, deposit amounts, and final payment due dates will be outlined in your service agreement.

Cancellations must be requested in writing. Cancellation policies follow your signed contract and may include fees.

In the rare event Steve Bender Entertainment must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency, force majeure), we will make all reasonable efforts to provide a qualified replacement or issue a refund as outlined in your agreement.

4. Event Requirements

Clients agree to provide a safe, accessible environment for our staff and equipment. This includes, but is not limited to:

Adequate power supply

Weather-protected locations for outdoor events

Reasonable setup/breakdown time

We reserve the right to refuse services in unsafe conditions.

5. Use of Media & Testimonials

With your consent, we may capture or use event photos, videos, or testimonials for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your event featured, simply notify us in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we pride ourselves on professionalism and award-winning service, Steve Bender Entertainment is not liable for:

Venue restrictions

Equipment failure due to conditions outside our control

Delays caused by third parties

Accidental loss or damage unless caused by our negligence

Our liability, if ever applicable, is limited to the amount paid for your service.
